Returns Policy
We will accept returns and provide full refund under the following conditions:
- Purchase was made at www.asskickers.com.au
- Items are in a resalable condition, unworn and with tags still attached. Items without all original hangtags attached will not be eligible for return.
- Return label must be initiated within 45 days of purchase date.
- Items are received by us within 90 daysof purchase.
Online orders may not be returned or exchanged in any retail location. All online returns must be returned online.
Return Instructions
To return your product, you will need to initiate a return process within 30 days of your order date.
Step 1: Provide details on paper in your return parcel.
- Customer Full Name
- Customer Delivery Address
- Customer Date of Purchase
Step 2: Post item.

Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Return shipping is non-refundable. Please allow up to 4 weeks processing time from day parcel is received by us.
For items deemed subject to fair wear and tear, accidental damages or misuse, a full refund will not be provided. ASS Kickers has the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to providing a full refund. In the event of any dispute, the decision of ASS Kickers shall be final and conclusive. For exchanges, customers are required to place a new order subject to availability.
ASS Kickers will adhere to the Trade Practices Act, state legislation and related company policies.
